1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from matrico.com.au if they meet the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items that are final sale, customized, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
3. Return Shipping
- For Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please use a trackable shipping service for your returns. matrico.com.au is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the item and packaging for verification. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
