Shipping Policy

MATRICO supplies products across Australia. Delivery arrangements depend on the product, its availability and the delivery site.

Online orders and standard delivery

Any shipping charge or included standard delivery is shown on the product page and at checkout. Where an item is expressly listed with free standard delivery, that published inclusion continues to apply. Express services are available only where offered for the order.

Machinery, supplied-to-order and custom products

For products supplied by quotation, the written quote confirms the lead time, freight, delivery location and any handling or unloading requirements. Manufacturing, import and project lead times are separate from domestic carrier transit times. Please provide your postcode, site access and any unloading requirements before ordering.

Processing and transit estimates

For standard items confirmed ready for dispatch, the published guide is 1–5 business days for handling and 1–9 business days for domestic transit. These estimates do not apply to manufacturing, sourcing, imported machinery or custom orders. Refer to the product listing or written quote for the applicable lead time. If timing is critical, contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery

Tracking or freight details are provided when available after dispatch. Some heavy, oversized or restricted items cannot be delivered to a PO box or parcel locker. Contact us promptly if your address changes, an order is delayed or goods arrive damaged. Keep relevant photos and packaging to assist assessment.

Please report transit damage or a missing delivery as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days. This helps investigation and does not limit your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Store return periods and commercial warranty periods do not set a time limit on those statutory rights.
