Description
Bulk wax/resin thermal transfer ribbons for business labelling
Keep repeat ribbon orders consistent with a clearly specified 110 mm × 300 m black wax/resin thermal transfer ribbon. This format uses a 25.4 mm core and coated-side-out winding. It is intended for Australian businesses that use compatible thermal transfer label printers for packaging identification, product labels and warehouse labelling.
Choose a 100-roll or 200-roll sales pack. Every roll in either pack has the same width, length, core and winding direction. The quantity selector counts complete packs: quantity 1 means the full pack selected above. The minimum purchase contains 100 rolls.

Choosing this ribbon for your printer
Check your printer's ribbon requirements against all four physical details: 110 mm ribbon width, 300 m roll length, a 1-inch core and ink-out winding. A matching width alone does not establish compatibility. The printer must accept the full ribbon roll, the core mounting arrangement and the required coated-side-out ribbon path.
Use the printer manufacturer's media guidance to select ribbon width relative to label width. Confirm that the wax/resin formulation is suitable for your actual label surface and printhead system. This listing does not claim universal compatibility with every printer model or with near-edge coding equipment.
Applications and print setup
Wax/resin ribbons are an option for product identification and packaging labels where the printer and label coating are matched to the ribbon. Actual print quality depends on the label surface, print energy, speed and printhead condition. Test a short run on the intended label stock, inspect fine text and scan the barcode before starting a full production batch.
Load the ribbon following the printer manual and maintain even tracking across the printhead. If printing is incomplete or the image rubs away, check winding direction, ribbon tension and media selection before changing the print settings. Record successful settings with your label specification so repeat jobs can use the same setup.
Pack selection and repeat orders
The 100-roll pack contains 30,000 metres of ribbon in total. The 200-roll pack contains 60,000 metres. Both selections supply identical rolls, so changing pack size changes the quantity supplied rather than the ribbon specification. Product photographs show ribbon details; the selected pack name determines the supplied roll count.
Store unopened rolls in their protective packaging, away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. Keep the film clean during loading and avoid touching the coated surface.
