3S Heracles Rack-and-Pinion Wind Turbine Service Lift

The 3S Heracles service lift provides enclosed access inside wind turbine towers. A rack-and-pinion drive and dual lifting systems support personnel access during construction, commissioning and ongoing maintenance. H240, H350 and H480 configurations are grouped here for project selection.

Application and selection

For Australian tower projects, confirm the ladder and support structure, platform openings, required travel height and total passenger-and-tool load. The stated passenger count does not permit the rated load to be exceeded.

Provide tower drawings, hub height, turbine model, electrical supply and installation scope. Installation engineering, rescue arrangements, inspection requirements and applicable Australian approvals must be resolved for the proposed site.
