The SKF LAGD 125/WM2 is a gas-driven, single-point automatic lubricator pre-filled with 125 mL of SKF LGWM 2 grease. It provides an adjustable dispensing period for suitable bearing and auxiliary-equipment lubrication points where the lubricant, required feed rate and installation conditions have been confirmed.

Application and selection

For suitable wind farm auxiliary machinery and accessible bearing points, an individually selected automatic lubricator can support a planned relubrication schedule. The required grease quantity, operating duty, lubricant compatibility and inspection interval determine whether this unit is suitable.

Check the equipment manufacturer's grease specification and the compatibility of any existing lubricant before selection. Backpressure, ambient temperature and feed-line arrangement affect dispensing. The grease's own temperature capability does not extend the lubricator's −20 to +60 °C operating limit. Large-volume or centralised wind turbine lubrication duties require a separately engineered system.
