Consistent manual emulsion coating for production screens
This five-piece workshop pack is intended for print rooms running multiple emulsions, mesh counts or coating stations. Each 18-inch aluminium trough provides a rigid coating edge and end protection for controlled, repeatable photo-emulsion application.

Selection and use
Select a coater narrower than the inside width of the frame. Keep the coating edge clean and free from dents. Establish coating speed and pressure using the selected mesh, emulsion viscosity and required stencil thickness.
