Hand-operated mesh clamp for screen-frame preparation
This cast aluminium clamp gives a single operator a broad, rubber-lined grip when pulling mesh across compatible wooden screen frames. It is suited to repairs, small workshops and low-volume frame making where a powered stretching system is not required.

Process notes
Use several controlled pulls around the frame rather than applying full tension at one point. Verify mesh alignment and final tension with an appropriate meter. This hand tool does not replace process control for critical screen specifications.
