Description
DN100 PN16 manual knife gate valve
A handwheel-operated knife gate valve for isolation in slurry, wastewater, pulp and bulk-handling lines where conventional narrow-seat valves can block. The full-bore blade design is intended for on/off service after the direction of sealing and solids duty are confirmed.

Recommended applications
- Mine and mineral-processing slurry lines
- Wastewater and sludge handling
- Pulp, paper and bulk-solids plants
- Industrial process isolation
Australian selection and compliance
Knife gates present pinch, stored-pressure and leakage hazards. Confirm sealing direction, solids size/concentration, abrasion, corrosion, flange standard, face-to-face dimension and actuator clearance. Installation, guarding, lockout and pressure testing must follow site engineering and WHS procedures.
Supply and order confirmation
Displayed price covers the specified base configuration, GST and a standard Australian delivery allowance. Remote-area, mine-site, restricted-access, urgent or special-handling delivery may require a written freight adjustment before dispatch. We confirm the selected size, end connection, media, pressure, temperature, materials and delivery postcode before release.
Quality assurance and documentation
Supply is subject to model verification, pre-dispatch visual inspection evidence, material and pressure documentation available for the supplied unit, operating instructions and written warranty terms. Any certification or performance claim must be supported by documentation for the actual unit supplied.
