The FLIR AX8 combines thermal and visible imaging for continuous temperature monitoring. It can help operators observe accessible electrical connections and equipment surfaces in a suitably designed wind energy monitoring installation.

Application and selection
Plan mounting, viewing distance and unobstructed sight lines to the measured surfaces. Configure emissivity and alarms for the application. Select the correct FLIR Ethernet and power cabling; the camera uses a proprietary M12 X-coded connection. Camera, cables, mounting parts and any PoE injector are scoped separately.
